At our 4-day summer Workshops, high school students from across the country embark on their journey as Peer Leaders. We couldn’t do it without our dedicated volunteers, who guide Peer Leaders to becoming college-ready community organizers.

2024 Summer Positions
Writing Coach – assist Peer Leaders in crafting an impactful personal essay.
College Coach – assist Peer Leaders in finding their postseconday path.
Writing Coach Coordinator – lead a cohort of PeerForward Writing Coaches.
Director of College Coaching – lead a cohort of PeerForward College Coaches.
