A step by step planning tool for finding colleges, exploring careers, searching for scholaships, preparing for standardized tests, and paying for college. This is the perfect place to start your postsecondary planning.

My Next Move

Search for specific careers, browse careers by industry, or take a quiz to see what careers might match your interests and training.

College Scorecard

Search for specific schools or programs of study to learn about their graduation rates, average annual costs, and median earnings for graduates. This information can help verify whether a school is a good investment.

UAspire

Find ways to pay for college and manage costs to stay on your postsecondary path. UAspire has a useful college cost calculator as well as webinars and virtual events to help you secure financial aid.

Bold.org

Access thousands of exclusive scholarships across hundreds of categories, all available only on Bold.org. You can even filter for no-essay scholarships!

College Scholarships

This database covers scholarships by state, subject, student type, and other identity markers.

Understanding FAFSA

Find useful information and how-to guides about the FAFSA. The site includes frequently asked questions and information for students in special circumstances, like if you're homeless, undocumented, or don't have contact with your parents. It also gives guidance on how to compare tuition offers!

Harvi

Harvi uses AI to give you the tools you need to brainstorm, outline, and edit your college essays. Chat with the Harvi bot to hone in on your personal statement.

Tuition Tracker

Tuition Tracker is an interactive tool that shows the relationship between published tuition and the actual costs of attending a college. You can compare colleges by using your household income level to see what students like you have paid in the past.

College GreenLight

Appily created College Greenlight as an "Equity and Access hub" with curated resources to help Guidance Counselors and other College Access Advocates. The resources are geared at connecting low-income, first-gen, and underrepresented students to colleges where they can succeed, and to scholarships to fund their education.

MyCoach

If you're a current college student, download this mobile app to help you stay on top of general tasks and deadlines. You can even chat instantly with a coach to find answers to your everyday and 'big picture' questions.

I'm First

Join an online community celebrating first-generation college students! Check out videos and blogs from other first-gen students, and discover specific colleges and programs dedicated to supporting first-gen success.

Unigo

Find great tools like scholarship search, college matching, school rankings, internships, and more. You can also apply to their scholarships and grants on their site!

Get Schooled

Find a ton of resources and information -- including articles, videos, and personalized support -- dedicated to helping you pursue your postsecondary goal.

Raise Me

Earn "micro-scholarships" for college starting in 9th grade! Discover colleges you're interested in and start earning their microscholarships by tracking your achievements in high school.

Nerdwallet

A comprehensive resource to help you complete the FAFSA and apply for financial aid. It includes a useful metric to determine "how much debt can you afford to repay"?

SwiftStudent

Understand the financial aid appeal process and how to start the appeal conversation with financial aid officers. The site includes clear info about financial aid requirements and customizable template letters.
